The RCD Espanyol changes hands and becomes part of the Velocity Sport Limited (VSL) group, which is based in England and also owns Burnley, a club in the English Premier League.
Alan Pace, the owner of this group, finalized the deal on Monday morning in Barcelona.
RASTAR, the previous owners of the club, do not completely detach themselves; instead, their shares become part of this new investment group, which will have a stake in both clubs.
